Account Registration, Login, and Verification
爲遵守法律法規的要求，以及向您提供更個性化、更便捷的服務，在您注冊成爲數智生活用戶時，您需要至少提供手機號碼以創建賬號，並完善相關的網絡身份識別信息（如頭像、昵稱及登錄密碼等）；如果您僅需使用浏覽、搜索等功能，您無需注冊成爲我們的用戶以及提供上述信息。數智生活爲美團旗下品牌並適用美團賬號體系，如果您已有美團賬號可通過美團賬號的注冊手機號碼直接登錄數智生活。
To comply with legal requirements and provide you with more personalized and convenient services, you must provide at least a mobile number to create an account when registering as a DIGICOMS user. You will also need to complete your online identity verification information, such as a profile photo, nickname, and login password. If you only wish to use basic features like browsing or searching, you do not need to register or provide the above information.
DIGICOMS is a brand under Meituan and uses the Meituan account system. If you already have a Meituan account, you can log in directly to DIGICOMS using the mobile number associated with your Meituan account.
在提供賬號信息的過程中，如果您願意額外補充如下個人信息，將有助于我們向您提供更爲個性化的服務：包括您的性別、生日、常居地、家鄉、喜好、家庭信息等。如果您不提供該等信息，不會影響您享受 數智生活 服務的基本功能。
To further personalize your experience, you may voluntarily provide additional details such as your gender, birthday, residence, hometown, preferences, or family information. Providing this information is optional and will not affect your access to DIGICOMS’s core features.
如您選擇授權使用第三方賬號登錄時，我們會從第三方獲取您共享的賬號信息（如頭像、昵稱、地區、性別等信息）與您的賬號進行綁定用于快捷登錄，我們會依據與第三方的約定，在符合相關法規的前提下，使用您的個人信息。If you choose to log in via a third-party platform (e.g., WeChat, Apple ID), we will obtain and bind shared account information (e.g., profile photo, nickname, region, gender) to your DIGICOMS account for quick access. We will use this information only in compliance with relevant regulations and agreements with the third party.

爲了向您提供周邊吃喝玩樂及出行信息的展示和搜索服務，提升我們的服務表現、效率和功能，經您授權我們會收集您在使用我們服務過程中産生的相關信息，包括：To provide you with nearby dining, entertainment, travel recommendations, and search services, as well as to enhance our service performance, efficiency, and features, we will collect and use your location information with your authorization. l In the "Scan" feature, ambient light sensors detect low-light conditions to prompt you to enable flash or adjust brightness.

When booking/purchasing services on DIGICOMS (e.g., local lifestyle, dining, fitness), you may need to provide:
l Contact details : Name, gender and phone number
l Address information : Required for services like home cleaning
l Service preferences : Custom requirements for your booking
您在數智生活 上預訂/下單機票、火車票、汽車票、旅行等服務，或者辦理手機卡或簽證等業務時，可能需要根據有關法律規定和相關方要求（票務及其代理方等）提供您的 實名身份信息（包括但不限于您的身份證、軍官證、護照、駕駛證、學生證等載明您身份的證件照片、複印件、號碼等）、聯系人信息（姓名、性別、電話號碼等）、電子郵箱地址（用于確認訂單信息等）、個人照片、同行人信息、緊急聯絡人信息等。
For travel-related bookings (flights, trains, buses, tours) or services like SIM cards/visas, you may need to submit:
l Real-name identification ： Photos, copies, or numbers from ID cards, passports, driver’s licenses, student IDs, or other government-issued documents
l Contact details ： Name, gender and phone number
l Email address ：For order confirmations
l Additional information: Personal photos, travel companion details and emergency contacts (as legally required or requested by third parties like ticket providers).
您在數智生活 上預訂/下單境內外酒店時，根據您選擇的服務類型及相關方要求（酒店及其代理方等），您可能需要提供 聯系人信息（入住人姓名、電話號碼等）、電子郵箱地址（用于確認訂單信息等）、訂單備注 等。
For hotel bookings (domestic or international), you may need to provide:

您在數智生活 上預訂/下單境內外景點門票時，根據您選擇的服務類型及相關方要求（景點及其代理方等），您可能需要提供 您的實名身份信息（包括但不限于您的身份證、護照、港澳通行證等載明您身份的證件照片、複印件、號碼等）、聯系人信息（姓名、性別、生日、電話號碼、微信號等）、電子郵箱地址（用于確認訂單信息等）、訂單備注等。
For attraction ticket bookings (domestic or international), you may need to provide:
l Real-name identification: ID cards, passports, or travel permits.
l Contact details: Name, gender, birthdate, phone number and WeChat ID.

爲向您展示您賬號的訂單信息及便于您對訂單信息的管理，我們會收集您在使用我們服務過程中産生的訂單信息。To display and manage your orders, we collect order-related information generated during your use of our services.

2.3.1.4. 爲您提供收藏、關注、分享、推薦功能 Features for Saving, Following, Sharing, and Recommendations
爲了便于您管理自己的偏好，尋找具有共同愛好的用戶或社區，獲得更輕松的訪問體驗，與好友及第三方進行分享等，您可以收藏/關注/加入您感興趣的商戶/用戶/部落，也可以通過功能組件向第三方進行信息分享，我們會收集您在使用上述功能中産生的日志信息，用于在個人主頁中向您展示、實現在線管理、發起共享以及向您推薦具有共同愛好的用戶等。To help you manage preferences, connect with users or communities of shared interests, simplify access, and share content with friends or third parties, you can save/follow/join merchants, users, or groups of interest. You may also use sharing tools to send information to third parties. We collect log data generated from your use of these features to display on your profile, enable online management, facilitate sharing, and recommend users with similar interests.
2.3.1.5. 爲您提供涉及配送、代郵寄、跑腿功能 Delivery, Mail Forwarding, and Errand Services
當您在數智生活 上使用相應功能涉及配送（例如外賣配送）/代郵寄（例如發票郵寄）/跑腿（例如幫買幫送）服務時，您需要提供取/收貨人的姓名、性別（用于配送人員聯絡時稱呼您，如劉女士）、手機號碼、收貨地址、門牌號等，以便于您的訂單能夠安全准確送達並完成。您還可以選擇爲常用地址加注標簽（如家、公司等），以便于此後的查找使用。
When using delivery (e.g., food delivery), mail forwarding (e.g., invoice mailing), or errand services (e.g., shopping assistance) on DIGICOMS , you must provide the recipient’s/pickup person’s:
l Full name and gender (for delivery personnel to address you appropriately, e.g., “Ms. Liu”).
l Phone number, delivery address, and unit number to ensure accurate and secure order fulfillment.
You may also tag frequently used addresses (e.g., “Home” or “Office”) for easier future access.
2.3.1.6. 爲您提供寫點評、攻略、打卡等信息發布功能 Posting Reviews, Guides, Check-ins, and Other Content
您在數智生活 上主動對商家的産品/服務進行評價或發布其他內容（如分享心情、狀態、簽到、攻略等信息）時，我們將收集您發布的信息（包括文字、圖片、視頻、地理位置信息等）。您的昵稱、頭像和發布內容將被公開顯示；如您選擇以匿名方式發布評價信息時，我們將不展示您的昵稱、頭像。When you voluntarily post reviews of merchants’ products/services or share other content (e.g., updates, check-ins, guides) on DIGICOMS, we collect the information you publish, including text, images, videos, and geolocation data. Your nickname, profile photo, and content will be publicly visible. If you choose to post anonymously, your nickname and profile photo will not be displayed.

l If your posts include others’ personal information, ensure you have legal permission or authorization to do so.
l Similarly, content shared by other users may include information about you (e.g., images, videos, or text referencing you).

您在數智生活上進行訂單支付時，您可以選擇數智生活及其關聯方或者數智生活的第三方合作機構（如銀聯、 微信支付、Apple Pay、支付寶等合作方）所提供的服務進行支付。我們需要收集您的數智生活訂單信息、對賬信息及其他法律要求的必要信息並與這些合作機構共享，以確認您的支付指令並幫助您完成支付。
When making payments for orders on DIGICOMS, you may use payment services provided by DIGICOMS, its affiliates, or third-party partners (e.g., UnionPay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay). To process your payment, we collect and share your order details, transaction records, and other legally required information with these partners to verify and fulfill your payment request.

If your device supports fingerprint or Face ID authentication, you may enable or disable these features in payment settings. During checkout, you can choose to use these options or alternative methods like passwords or SMS verification codes. We only collect authentication results and do not directly store your fingerprint or facial recognition data.

When using financial products/services offered or displayed on DIGICOMS, we may collect your government-issued ID (including copies), bank card details, and other necessary information. Specific data collection and usage rules will be outlined in separate service agreements, documents, or policies provided to you.
2.3.1.10. 爲您提供直播服務 Live Streaming Services
您在開通直播服務時，根據法律法規的要求，可能需要 通過 “人臉識別”的方式進行實名認 證，以驗證您的身份。 在實名認證的過程中，我們和提供認證服務的第三方認證機構需要您提供真實姓名、身份證號碼及面部特征值信息。這些信息僅供實名認證及法律法規所規定的用途，未經您明示授權，不會用作其他目的。 同時，特別提示您，這些信息是個人敏感信息，您可以拒絕提供，拒絕提供可能會影響開通直播功能，但不會影響 數智生活 其他功能的正常使用。
When activating live streaming services, you may be required to complete real-name verification via facial recognition to confirm your identity, as mandated by applicable laws and regulations. During this process, we and our third-party verification partners will collect your legal name, ID number, and facial biometric data. This information is used solely for verification and legal compliance purposes and will not be used for other purposes without your explicit consent. Please note that this is personal sensitive information —you may decline to provide it, but doing so may restrict access to live streaming features, though other DIGICOMS functions will remain available.
您在使用直播服務時，我們將收集您直播的音視頻信息，並展示您的昵稱、頭像及直播信息。 爲了完成直播功能的正常服務，我們會請求您授權相機、麥克風權限。 您如果拒絕授權提供，將無法使用此功能，但不影響您正常使用 數智生活 其他功能。
When using live streaming, we collect your audio/video content and display your nickname, profile photo, and stream details. To enable live streaming, we will request access to your device’s camera and microphone. Denying these permissions will prevent you from using this feature but will not affect other app functionalities.
當您觀看直播時，您的昵稱、頭像、直播間內互動信息（如評論、點贊、打賞、禮物、粉絲等級等）將在直播間內公開展示，同時我們會收集您的互動情況形成直播間內的統計數據（如榜單、熱度等）並公開展示。As a live stream viewer, your nickname, profile photo, and interactions (e.g., comments, likes, virtual gifts, fan levels) will be publicly visible. We also collect engagement data to generate and display statistics (e.g., rankings, popularity metrics) within the live stream.
